SmittyxStudio (Noetic Apparel Co) Return & Refund Policy

At Noetic Apparel Co, every item is made to order specifically for you through our trusted print-on-demand production partners, Tapstitch and Printful. Because products are custom-made upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference-related reasons.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged
Your item contains a manufacturing defect
The product is misprinted or incorrectly produced
You receive the wrong item
Your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at smittyxstudio@gmail.com and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or printing error

Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery whenever possible to allow for timely investigation. Some fulfillment partners may allow claims up to 30 days after delivery, but we encourage customers to contact us immediately upon discovering an issue.

Order Cancellations

Because all products are custom-made, orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Size & Color Selection

Please review all sizing charts, product descriptions, and color selections carefully before placing your order. Noetic Apparel Co is not responsible for incorrect size, color, or style selections made during checkout. As a custom print-on-demand brand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these circumstances.
